At Manouche, we take food allergies and intolerances seriously. To help you make informed choices, we provide allergen information for the dishes and products available across our menu. Please refer to the allergen lists below for detailed information on the allergens identified in each item.

Important: Our kitchens operate as open, shared kitchens, and we do not have a separate kitchen dedicated to allergen-free preparation. As a result, cross-contamination and the presence of traces of allergens cannot always be completely avoided. All of the listed allergens are used within our kitchen, and dishes may therefore contain traces of one or more allergens, even where an allergen is not specifically listed as an ingredient.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please inform a member of our team before ordering. We will be happy to provide further information and assist you in making an appropriate choice.
