Afternoon Tea Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Manouche for Afternoon Tea. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review our policy below:

• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once approved by our team.
• Duration: Afternoon Tea includes two hours of service with free-flowing tea and coffee.
• Cancellations: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time, as all items are freshly prepared to order.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours, late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes without notice, or no-shows (partial or full party) will be subject to full payment.
• Takeaway Option: In the event of a cancellation within the policy window, prepared items may be packaged for collection when feasible.
• External Food Policy: Celebration cakes or food not purchased from Manouche are not permitted on the premises.
• Menu & Dietary Information: Allergen and dietary details are available on the Afternoon Tea menu.
